I don't think any of them are tyrants in the purest form. I think we do have an issue with A) presidents who act on poor information from their staff (both Bush and Obama) and B) president's misusing executive power (all that you listed). Some see these things as tyrannical.

Some saw it as a tragedy when Seinfeld went off the air. Doesn't mean it's not a total overstatement. Overstatement is a seemingly small, but actually HUGE part of most problems these days. I, for one, am getting bloody well sick of it.

Um, it was a massive tragedy...I still watch reruns almost every day. I am not kidding (about watching reruns not it being a tragedy).
