Good lord, what the hell are you all gonna do when an election some day comes down to a guy wearing a turban and another guy wearing a sombrero?

I could care less what he or she wears or looks like. I just want a candidate that does what they say they will do, makes our country better and isn't a lying deceitful partisan puppet.

    "

The first openly transgender mayor in the nation is selling a pair of history - his shoe collection - to raise money for the city of Silverton, Ore.
Stu Rasmussen has a passion for shoes and a hell of a closet full of them, including a pair of floral-patterned snakeskin stilettos that are available on eBay for $10,000.
    The caveat: they're a women's size 11.
"If I bought them, I'd put them in a glass case and put them in a living room," Rasmussen told the Daily News.
But if those heels aren't your cup of tea, Rasmussen has hundreds of shoes for sale at the Silverton Senior Center.
"I've got all-day shoes, eight-hour shoes, two-hour shoes, 30-minute shoes and 'come over and look at my shoes' shoes,"Rasmussen told Northwest Cable News.
Silverton, a city with a population of nearly 9,200, has a healthy budget of about $22.5 million and $5.8 million for the general fund, according to Silverton city manager Bill Willoughby."

So...if a white man only votes for candidates that are only concerned with white issues...and a black man only votes for candidates that are concerned with black issues...which one is the racist?

So tell me Duane, what exactly are white issues? Do white people have problems that only effect them and generally don't affect minorities? Please let me know.

There are no such thing as white issues that affect only the white community. So if a white person votes like that he is a complete idiot in addition to being a racist. Now answer my question.

As I expected. The white man is always the racist. Wrong answer. Anyone who votes for a candidate based on the betterment of one race of people over another is a bonafide racist.

To answer your question, white issues are...poor education, poverty, high unemployment rate, teen pregnancy...you see veggie, these issues affect all people, black, white, yellow and red. There is no such thing as black issues or white issues, there are human issues that we all must deal with. Welcome to the real world where thinking that your skin color makes you deserving of something special is a racist idea, even if you are black.

Everyone does suffer from those issues and you will not get an argument from me on that. My point is some issues affect the black community on a higher average than others so if a black person voted on a canidate who he felt would help him the most then there is nothing wrong with that. No tell me again which one of those issues affect white people more than anyone else.

I see what you're saying, but you're also creating a double standard that has no end but creating more racism.
