Do you think healthcare from your employer is a right? Any certain type of care?

If the law says so.

If "the man" is the idea that not everyone has had what you had, then yes.
That last sentence is quite romantic, but incredibly naive and thoughtless (as romantic notions usually are)

Ok, so you are good with anything as long as the law says so? What if the creator of said law gave away 1400 or so different types of exemptions to his buddies?
Point is. If having a job is a privilege, then having healthcare should be a perk of the job. If the employer is paying a portion of the bill, they should be able to offer what they chose. Not be ramrodded into whatever an unelected bureaucrat deems necessary at that particular time.
You lefties all whine about the businesses leaving this country to go overseas, but you want to constantly add cost after cost after cost to the price of doing business. You all wonder why businesses are bailing.

I'm not but you are speaking about this ruling based off of your disapproval of the main law. You're tying the two completely different debates together. I'd agree with a ruling saying companies aren't forced to provide health care for employees but would still disagree that one should be able to opt out of a part of the law due to religious belief.
Saying the ruling is wrong isn't the same thing as saying companies should have to provide healthcare. The problem is that it's a law right now. I'd actually agree with HL had they fought the entire law rather than just wanting to opt out of providing certain birth control.

I don't think it's a right or a privilege.

The whole problem with that argument to me is that it's a law only if the president deems it to be. If you are one of his cronies, it, or part of it, doesn't apply to you. It is either a law or it isn't.

I love how you can use this arguement, but support the man who picks and chooses to enforce whichever laws he pleases.
