Would it not then be fair to use this old adage on the party that has brought up the charges. There is certainly a "boy who cried wolf" feel to the accusing party.
Larry Klayman has sued the Clintons on at least a dozen occasions, has led suits against federal agencies that number well over a hundred and has brought suit against his own mother. Not to mention the fact that he was, at one time, disbarred in New York for berating a judge and claiming that he was a racist - he didn't like the fact that he lost the case and questioned the objectivity of the bench - well done.
It's working currently and the propaganda is taking it's toll on the Clinton camp and popularity numbers for sure. I just don't understand why it is all happening now - wouldn't the right be served better by pocketing all of this for a year? My gut tells me they are scared of Hilary getting the nominations - then again, my cut has been known to be full of **** in the past.
Either way, Klayman is a nut.

I thought it was because you keep getting caught in lies and fabrications which make you go into hiding because your attempts fall short to get the people suspended that point out your untruths.
It is impossible to debate when you cannot tell the difference between reality and what a liberal basement blogger has put in your head. Try thinking things through before typing them.
Finally, shouldn't you have deactivated your account by now?

You have to applaud the skill of the Clinton Empire of covering their tracks and being one step ahead of prosecutors. If they are are to subpeana the hard drive I will guarantee you that all of the data will have mysteriously vanished.
I still predict this will all blow over with little damage done to Hillary. It is pathetic what our politicians are allowed to get away with. For you water carrying Hillary fans you need to think this through when a conservative does the same thing without repercussion.

They beat you to it. Hilary already claims the hard drive has been erased. I have either worked in technology or it has been my hobby for 20 years. I have hard drives from a decade ago that the data is still on them. There is only one single reason that you would erase a hard drive and that is to hide/destroy the data on it. Even if she had 100,000 emails on a 500gb hard drive they would not have taken up anymore than a few dozen gigs of storage at most.

Okay Captain Obvious, thanks for that explanation as to why someone would erase a hard drive. Shockers, they want to hide/destroy their data on it. We destroy hard drives ALL the time in my office, and servers every time we upgrade. NOTHING sits dormant with information on it.

NOTHING sits dormant with information on it.
if this is the case then your company needs to hire new tech people. you should have a backup on site and off site which would be "something sitting dormant with information on it".
also, the backup of your servers would take place before they were replaced.
also there is a major difference from a company destroying data to protect itself from theft and a person destroying data so the authorities can't see it.
but depending how long ago she did this and what all was replaced we can recover most of it. forensic recovery of data on devices and a network has come a long way, in fact it is what I went back to school for.
