Idea for printing plates

Hey all, I was just thinking as I was hunting Zetterberg plates from Platinum and my thought was wouldn't it make more sense if UD would make a redemption card to get all four plates so that they all go to the same collector? It's frustrating because I feel like I will never get all four plates and that just doesn't sit right with me being that I have OCD and all.

Panini (in National Treasures) did this with some of them... not a redemption, but some packs contained all four plates of a card.

I like what you're suggesting. Maybe not for everything all the time..... but find ways to get all four of them packed out together.

I think the downside would be that only 1 collector would have a shot at them, with them being packed separately this allows for more people to have a chance at them

I didn't know that Panini had already done this. It would be cool to pull all four from the same pack!! I agree that this wouldn't work for all products, but maybe just the ones where people try to collect rainbows.

I see what your saying, but like I said, my OCD won't allow me to have only one of the four plates...I gotta have them all or the whole thing is ruined

Mine took me about 8 months to get the last one. Of course, it does take a little bit of luck. And collecting a player not as popular as Zetterberg certainly helps.

There was a guy holding a yellow plate of my guy from The Cup hostage for $200 for a while until it disappeared from eBay. A few weeks later I picked up the black plate for $40. Imagine if that guy had pulled all four, I wouldn't own any of them right now at all :/

Fair point, and I had actually thought of this too. I just wish they would have numbered the things 1/4 instead of 1/1.
