I have no idea what happened to Gray, but I do know that Mosby's behavior has been tourbking and biased. She needs to recluse herself from this case because the officer's deserve a fair day in court.

But you would agree that rioting and looting was not the answer Yes?? And that it is possible that charging these cops was a political move to keep from the city burning down. Bottom line is we do not know all the facts but they are coming out abd there could be foul play or may not be. But yet the citizens of Baltimore got a free shopping spree and destroyed a city in the name of justice. That is laughable.

knife was illegal where arrest was made, which is the only place it has to be illegal, pretty basic. to try and make that not important is ignorant, especially when you and others stated that gray was arrested illegally.
the "ear" witness was in the back of the van, so try an eye witness.
you and others put the cops on the bad side rigth away, with no evidence, just accusations and now try and appear as if you did not.
lying= saying knife was legal, saying cops beat him, saying cops caused his injuries.
falsification would = bringing charges based on lies.
why would one not to choose to give a statement? and yet you are constantly ok with hilary not digging things deeper by refusing to give up her server and such. but since she is a clinton I guess hse deserves better treatment than an actual police officer who arrests criminals.

I agree with you on all of that.

If I said the knife was illegal (not sure I did) it would have been based on what was known at the time.
Have you seen the back of the van? It is separated by a solid wall running down the middle. Gray was on one side laying the full length of the floor. The EAR witness was on the other side. He could NOT see him. Get your facts straight.
He DIED in police custody. That is going to raise REASONABLE suspicion on the cops. The fact the PRIMARY custody was with the driver who REFUSED to give a statement raises more suspicion.
Really? Equating the testimony of a cop involved in a death, to a politician's emails? You really surprise me sometimes Jay. I really question your judgement.

You question anyones judgment that does not agree with you.
The criminal was in custody when he died so it must be the fault of the police? And you question my judgement?
people who make use of their 5th amendment right are ok with you as long as it is not the police, no surprise.
the knife was illegal where the arrest was made, if you are going to prosecute, you should first know the law, but since she is a dem she gets a pass, I would hate to see the response if it was a white male republican.

Can't help but notice you ignored the "witness" evidence.
I wonder why?

did this guy have a warrant or on probation? or where they just harassing?
no, they were doing their job of trying to keep criminals from committing crimes, if that is harassing, then they should harass all day.
habs, the only weak attempt is you backpeddeling.
and on a side note, how do you like all the info coming out of the habs backed clinton foundation? I guess when you said they did a lot for people, you meant they did a lot for the clintons.
