I didnt see how many cards there are in each insert set. 3 insert sets and possibly 10 cards per insert set. Wow another 30 cards to collect, plus hopefully a jersey card, signed would be nice. Does anyone know how many cards per insert set.

If the set up is similar to McD packs the jersey cards were via redemption.

We only know what we've been told in the press release:

• Collector’s Series includes NHL superstars such as Sidney Crosby, Carey Price, Jonathan Toews, Taylor Hall and Erik Karlsson
• Insert Cards including: Above the Ice, Franchise Force and Shining Futures

Prize Cards that have been randomly placed in hockey card packs:

• 87 Personally Signed Sidney Crosby Timbits Hockey Cards
• NHL Autograph Cards from one of 15 NHLers, including Alex Ovechkin, Matt Duchene and Max Pacioretty
• NHL Jersey Relic Cards from one of 17 players, has a swatch of game-used jersey within each card from players such as Erik Karlsson, Jordan Eberle and John Tavares
• NHL Autograph Jersey Cards set of 7 includes Jonathan Bernier, Sean Monahan and Jacob Trouba

Release does say this though:

Collectors can also watch out for a variety of insert and redemption cards, including NHL Autograph Cards and NHL Jersey Relic Cards that feature a piece of an actual game-worn jersey from one of 17 NHL players.

Overall I'm excited for this release, more so than The Cup.

I would bet the real premium cards (autos, GU) are redemptions. If you think UD has problems with damaged cards in packs now.... this would be crazy.

Nice!!! I am so pumped for this! I haven't collected a set since.... well.... over 10 years. I'll be looking forward to building this one. On another plus side, dubnyk has a card in the main set
