What is the best way to send an 8x10 picture?

I need to send out a couple 8x10 photos to get signed but they need a return envelope for them. What is the best way to send the picture and another envelope for it to be returned? Any help is greatly appreciated!

I use photo mailers for the return and place them with a letter inside a large magazine size envelope.

I get mine at Rite Aid. The Duck Brand ones are my favorite, but most office supply stores or any place that has an aisle of shipping stuff should have rigid photo mailers for 8x10's.

I used to put 5 stamps on it and that would be good. Then I got a couple with "postage due" recently, so I've been putting 7 to avoid any hassle.
