The stick waizards and name on the front cards look great but where did UD come up with the name "name on the front" from?

Name on the Front of what? Does it mean name on the front of the card? Doesn't every card from each have a name on the front? If somebody can tell me why the subset is called name on the front I'd love to hear it.

To me that has to be the worst named set I can recall in the last 5 or 6 years.

This is what I thought as well. More of a team oriented thing.

Correct me if I'm wrong but every player in that subset has spent their entire career in one franchise (Sakic being Colorado/Quebec). That may be why they made a team oriented set about them
