    Why didn't they make a 2016 set? Can't they still make college cards?

    Panini took over the college license exclusively in 2015, so UD is now out of the college market in all sports (except for Notre Dame which they have/had a relationship with).

    I knew they took over the NFL license but didn't know college too. Stupid Panini!
