    Contacting Panini...

    Hello everyone,

Not sure if this has been asked previously on SCF, but I am having some difficulty contacting Panini for a redemption I submitted 1 1/2 years ago.
It's a Morgan Rielly Dominion RPA from Anthology (don't think he ever hard signed for them?) and I've called and left voicemails trying to get a hold of them, but nothing.
Today I emailed [email protected] hoping to get some sort of feedback.

Wanted to know if anyone else has had this before, and if email is best way in trying to reach them.
Everytime I call I never get through to a person to speak to.

    Any help would be appriciated.

    Thanks!

I had this problem for over a year same issues no emails returned and no call backs. Phoned them got put on hold and waited until hold timed out, hung up and called again. Took 5 attempts but got through person took my info and said i would see the replacement progress shortly, that was two days ago and nothing but i feel like its finally going to get completed. One of my redemptions was the same card!

Thank you JEG. Looks like I am not the only one in this boat lol.
I will give them a few days, if no response, will try your method.
When you did speak to them, did they offer you specific replacements or is it what they feel like sending that is equal in value?

Ive had similar issues with their redemptions/customer service department. I haven't bought anything Panini since the 11-12 season and likely never will again.

I've heard if you contact specific people at Panini via email works best. I'm not really sure since I've never had any personal experience with Panini redemptions myself, but that's what I've heard works best.

Hopefully I hear back. If not, I guess I keep trying.

Reading stuff like this only makes me happy they no longer have a license, what a way to treat customers...
