Asking a replacement from UD by email?
Hello fellow collectors,
Is there a way to contact UD by email to ask for a replacement for 2 cards I've been waiting around 2 years for? If yes, can you tell me which email address to send it to?

knowing Upper Deck,it could take as long as the failed redemptions ure asking for replacements for,or even longer,depending on what ure asking to replace,and if they can find something comparible with it

Is that 6 months from when I enter the code or 6 months after release of the product? I'm guessing code but just checking

Well not sure, i waited almost a year for a redemption that i asked whtas up with it and they told me to wait a bit longer and a few weeks later i got the card finally. But i asume its the date when u entered the code.
