My two favorite graphs are in my opinion, simply beautiful! Marian Hossa and Daniel Alfredsson both have stunning signatures in my opinion! I've also enjoyed Khabibulin's signature, mostly because he typically signed in Cyrillic!

Agreed! And very well put. I definitely think these scribbles autographs we see nowadays are a byproduct of a lot of things. Plus the only person who cares about perfect autographs are collectors, that's pretty much it.

Well of course collectors care about nice autos, but who else are they signing for if not collectors? Collectors are pretty much 95% of the target audience for autographs in the first place so the expectations of the collector should matter to a player. We know in most cases they don't though ;)

True, very good point. I guess what I mean by that are the more serious collectors. Someone who collects a few autos may not care about the autograph form/style, whereas the collectors who has 100's of autographs might be more picky about the players signature on the photo, card, etc. All subjective though.
