Football Fan getting Into Cards

Hey everyone, I am a pretty new sports card collector but figured I should start a collection after some of the stuff I have happened upon. The first trading card I got was from a special edition of Madden 2012 that had a signed Marshall Faulk Panini card, hand signed not machine signed apparently. I have also gotten some other cards through the years, like a signed Adam Bighill card from my cousin who worked in the pub he would visit in offseason. Both of these are probable worth very little but I still like them, and I doubt I would sell them anyway.

You are correct. Special editions of Madden that year included a card autographed by Marshall Faulk. A pretty good card and autograph to have as he is in the football Hall of Fame.

I am a huge fan of Faulk, my high school offensive line coach actually played with him at Sand Diego State. He was a guard and said Faulk hitting him in the back because he was in the way was the hardest hit he ever had.
