I have a card in worse condition (not done so on purpose) for hockey, and after consulting a Beckett rep about getting it graded, it likely would not survive the transfer from the case it is in to the sleeve (and then whatever else is done before being slabbed) to even bother.

That card was actually posted on eBay for sale at $24,999 or some such, because it was a pop 1. LOL! Not sure if it's still the only one graded a 1, but it might be.
Even funnier would be to see if you could get one graded and receive no more than a 1 for all the subgrades. The tough one wold be centering, since I've never seen that card miscut badly. Hard to believe that card received a 7 for centering, seems much worse than that to me.
