Yesterday I was able to buy 30 packs no problem

Today they were restricting purchases to 1 pack per other purchase. They said people were buying them too fast so they were trying to slow it down.

That's just one particular location, but I would say if you like this...buy what you can while you can

Yeah, that will be interesting if that’s the case going forward. For Timmy’s, I go every day or every second day, so that worked for me. Pick up packs with my daily tea.

If I can only buy a pack per purchase at CT, that won’t work. I visit the store once in a while, so this promotion is not really setup for return visits. I do understand if they don’t want people buying cases, etc. But if it’s 1 pack per purchase, then sadly I’m out.

It really seems to vary depending on the store. CT closest to me said limit of 5 with a purchase, CT closer to downtown sold me a box with no purchase needed.

I bought two boxes on Saturday. Did not buy anything else.

I was a fun pull. I have not buy wax from Upper Deck in the last years (I have been hit by quality control issue the last two time so, I took a LONG break), but I can say that this product meet my expectations. 96 packs to open, 96 inserts or SP. This was REALLY fun!

I pulled no auto though, wich is disappointing. And I wish there were more than one exclusives parallel per box.

I decided not to do the set and trade my SP for inserts I need. In one day, I move all the SP that I had (more than 40) in near than 10 trades. And the Canvas Team Canada 87 may be my favorite susbset ever. Watching this tournament with my father on TV and the GWG by Mario are some of the best memories of my life.

I also got good return in a trade for a base set.

So, all and all, it was 200$+ well spend. Not much as for card "value", but more because I spent a nice evening opening packs and reading about players from my favorite team in the whole world!
    I collect the following:
    - Vintage (Stars and RC)
    - 2010-11 ITG Decades (Auto, GU, bases)
    - Stars from the 1980s (in modern sets)
    - Montreal Canadians Legends (bases, inserts, parallels, #, RC, Auto, GU)
    - Montreal Canadiens actual players (inserts, parallels, #, RC, Auto, GU)

Im just gonna squeeze a question in this thread so I dont have to start a new thread and take up room.
I pulled a Felix Potvin autograph in the Cdn Tire cards. I had no idea what to price it at on ebay, so I took a look. There were 3 on there for crazy high prices of 120-160. 2 sold for best offer which I have no idea what that was. Why in the world are the Felix Potvin autos prices so high? Whats so special about this card?

    Nice pull!

Based on the checklist, Potvin autos are 1 in 779 packs. The more common goes at 1 in 308. The rarer? 1 in 15 559.

Potvin is still very popular in Toronto, the biggest (and richest) hockey market in the world. Add the goalie factor, the Quebec factor (Potvin is still very like there) and the "the product is not sale anywhere outside Canada" factor and you get a sought after card.

This product seems in fact to sell very well on eBay since his release (just check for the Nolan Patrick SSP... crazy).

    Hopes it help.

@TeamCanadaCards best place to post that question is a new thread in the Buying/Selling Forum. Good luck!
