I agree with most of what you said except I would never in my life root for the Jags, sorry not happening.

Hahahahaha, I would expect nothing less from a true Titans fan and I respect your loyalty :-) I'm not a Jags fan at all by I do like some of there individual players and the only Viking I really like is Dalvin Cook and he's not even playing due to injury, so I'd have to root for the Jags in that matchup as I like Fournette, Jalen Ramsey, Myles Jack and Calais Campbell.

The only other statement I won't agree with is Bree's will never be known as the goat, ultimately that is going to be the man with the most rings imo and that is not going to be Bree's. I do think he is a great QB but Goat naw never.

I don't believe the majority of football fans will ever consider Brees the GOAT, but I do think there would be some that might if he not only won a SB against Brady, but won SB MVP again and totally outplayed him ... I mean there are a lot of people that rank Marino ahead of Montana and Marino never won any rings ... and got smoked by Montana's 49'ers in the only SB he ever played in. Besides if Jordan can be considered the GOAT in basketball when he has basically half the rings Bill Russell has, I don't see why someone other than Brady (should be Otto Graham) could be considered the NFL Goat ... when all is said and done Brees will probably have the far superior stats in the regular season and a far higher passer rating in the playoffs and if he's 2-0 in SB's, with wins against Manning and Brady no less, I do think some folks will at the very least consider him "better" than Brady, if not "greater" when team success is factored in, as many do with Marino over Montana, Manning over Brady, Rodgers over nearly anyone, Favre over Aikman, etc.

It just makes no sense to me to say, "the QB with the most rings is #1 on the GOAT list" as if that were true, you would have to do that all the way down the list, and you'd have to put Terry Bradshaw in the top 3 and Troy Aikman in the 4th spot and basically no one even considers either one of those guys in the Top 10 ...

Unfortunately it will be the Patriots again raising the Lombardi. If you had the stomach to watch these overpriced babies after week 4 you'd see the league and officials want the Pats in the SB. I have never seen so many calls and rule interpretations going one way.
The Pats dynasty started with the Brady fumble "tuck" no more rules in the NFL it's just a grey rule book that's interpreted differently by everyone.
Does anyone really know what a catch is?

    Predictions
    Eagles over Falcons
    Pats over Titans
    Steelers over Jags
    Vikings over Saints

As far as Brees being in the same ballpark with Brady it's not even close. He's a hell of a QB but has played in a dome his whole career. As of now, Brees is third in today's NFL behind Brady and Rodgers.

    Predictions
    Eagles over Falcons
    Pats over Titans
    Steelers over Jags
    Vikings over Saints

    I'll say:

    Pats blowout Titans
Saints in a tight one over the Vikings
    Falcons smack Eagles
    Steelers blow out Jags

Many would disagree, including me ... Rodgers is far "better" than both Brady or Brees, but Brees has had the more impressive career when compared to Brady, statistically speaking ... Brady's got the rings though and will always be thought of as the "greater" player, but I think that's rather silly as NO ONE thinks Bradshaw was better or greater than Marino and he has 4 more rings than Dan ... Brady has 4 more than Brees ... TEAM success has little to do with QB evaluation.

I don't think Bree's is anywhere near the QB Brady is either, I can guarantee he will never be known as the Goat, one of the greatest of all time sure, but GOAT I just don't see it.

Again, when all is said and done Brees will probably be #1 all-time in both passing yards and passing TDs ... and if he is also 2-0 in Super Bowls with victories against Manning and Brady and with 2 SB MVPs and with a much higher career passing rating than both ... I do think there will be some people in the future that will say Brees was better than Brady and is "the GOAT" ... I mean, there are actually people that think Marino is the GOAT and he never won a single ring and all his stats were eclipsed by Manning.

Wow, has to be easily one of the worst missed tackles I have ever seen. Saints tackle Diggs and they are heading to Philly.

So we are now down to the Pats versus Jags and Vikings versus Eagles. Guess that guy who predicted the Pats/Vikings Super Bowl in like week 6 is still sitting pretty with his prediction right about now.

Damn. Just missed hitting all 4 games. I think Bradshaw was at least equal to Marino if not better, hard to compare 70s ball to 80s though.
