They might be charging $15CAD to ship to Canada (currently I see $18CAD to ship to US), which is stupid. Maybe someone willing to help me is able to convince them to lower their shipping cost to Canada and then ship to me with a $1.80CAD stamp.

Hi I hope you had some good pulls out of your box. EBay won't allow me to change the specifics this late in an auction. I essentially just want 20 dollars out of it shipping included.

Save your cash, and find another one or wait for the Big Expo and you'll find one there for less
Even our fellow traders here on SCF can help you to find one cheaper.
