Claude Giroux CR-11 2006 ADT Canada Russia Challenge

Trying to find some info on a card I ran across in my collection; it's an ITG Heroes and Prospects Silver Version #CR-11 with a great 2 color patch from Claude's QMJHL Jersey and it has Gold Lettering Across the bottom of his photo in the lower right hand corner " 1/1 The National Chicago", which I assume is a Hotel or Convention Center.....but I can't find anything about that event or really anything in Chicago related to that 2006 ADT series.
Do I have something really good here? Any info is appreciated

Would have been a special card made for the Chicago Convention that year. It exists in the regular set but ITG always did up extra copies of the cards for shows such as this one. You would likely find info searching for the Canada-Russia series (hence the CR) - not worth a ton more than the original probably but if you find a Giroux collector they’d be happy to take it off your hands.

Great card. And yeah, ITG made a lot of extra copies for replacements and expo/show stamps. They have a bunch of them over the years. Seems like you've already found a collector willing to make a deal for it.

Those expo/show stamped cards can be quite collectible. I collect them as well for my main PC player, Jhonas Enroth.

I have hundreds more FLYER Items and I'm just starting to get some of them up on E-Bay (Ferret0909 is my seller ID)
Lots of 70's stuff from the Glory years, signatures and such from Bernie, Clarke, Barber, Leach, MacLeish and a few dozen more modern items, but most are not up on E-Bay yet, just some Lindros stuff and some Bernie items.
Something in particular you are wanting or a particular player?

Yeah i would be interested in any autos or patches off some well known legends and current guys.

I Think I'm going to get this CLAUDE item Graded and encapsulated...Sorry, this looks like an item I should really sit on for a while.
