Shame Panini lets such a mistake reach a customer with a name like Flawless. One that carries an insane price point and comes in a briefcase because these things are so perfect. Gotta think a machine is doing the packaging. Does nobody even look the cards over during production?
Not really surprising though, is it?
I've always thought I would love to see Panini's production lines on How it's Made. Ever watch that show? Bet it would look like a candy factory. Churning out cards so fast they have to use Slow-Mo to see the action.

That would be sick. You can find several production vids online for the Panini process. I have seen a few of them. Its worth a watch if you are curious.

You would think someone would have noticed something wrong on this one, I could see how an error on a base card could slip through.... Anyone ever had any success contacting them over an issue like this? Not sure what I can do

I'm guessing the patch is like a number on his shoulder? Because it doesn't match up with any letters in his name...Rather small number, I'd say.
