    Uncirculated?

I'm looking at a 2000 Collectors Edge card that is a PSA 9 and is being sold as uncirculated. Does this mean it went straight from the factory to PSA ? That doesn't sound right to me ,any help?

That's right. Back then Collectors Edge would pack in a bonus graded card in boxes. I think they were in retail blasters if I recall correctly. I've got a couple myself from their T3 and Odyssey sets.
