What A Bummer Argh

Went down to Ye Olde LCS. Picked up 10 packs of series 2. Managed to pick up a couple more YG’s for my set. Quite happy with the results. Pulled Quinn Hughes Canvas YG’s. Very happy with that.

Now here comes the Argh part. Surely I beat the odds by pulling one 1of1 but I managed to pull 2 outstanding I thinking. The first one was of a guy named Tollefsen from 08-09. The second one is Crosby 08-09 checklist. Yippie. Nice card for sure. So I inspect the two cards and the Crosby has a ding bottom right corner. Well pretty much ended my excitement right there and then.

So being a 1of1 there is no replacement. Not many options. Not sure if this would be a quality control issue or pack damaged in shipping. No other cards were damaged.

That’s my story and I’m sticking to it.

That Sucks Mike!
Definite UD Customer Service claim I would say, don't forget the bar code from the pack, the receipt, etc. etc. etc.
Worth a shot to see what UD may do for you.
Keep us posted what they do for you.

Called UD and they say they can’t replace those buybacks . They buy them as is. Asked for something else as a replacement and they so no. Obviously they didn’t do a very good job of quality control. It’s not super bad damage but it is still a ding.
