I recently came across a 2003 #226 Upper Deck Swwet Beginnings Patch Relic Aquilino Lopez.

My card is numbered 48 out of 1480. I have added a picture of a similar card, but you can see why I thought of you for this patch relic. The Blue Jay Logo pops....
