Feedback during Covid19
Hi Folks
Small rant here. As most of us know that the mail systems throughout the world are hit and miss. Some people are waiting a long time to get their cards weather through trades or buying. I personal have had several envelopes take more then a month.
My frustration has been with people who aren’t leaving feedback. All I ask is when you receive your end of a deal that you please leave Feedback. Other than it helps give you credibility as a trader/buyer it also lets the other person know that you receive your end of the deal. I for one worry that cards have gone missing after (and I know that the times are different) a certain length of time. Mail times are consistently inconsistent. I’m in Ontario and have stuff coming from Ontario taking close to month . I had stuff from the US take less time then from in Canada. Thanks , I m out
Cheers Mike

This is something that applies during the best of times and...whatever these times are. Communication is always key. We are all going through this in different ways, but basic rules of respect for one another when making deals still apply!
Habs fan and collector! Current PC's: Nick Suzuki, Cole Caufield, and Lane Hutson...., and of course...

Yeah, I agree. Feedback is super important and it's nice when an effort is made to leave the feedback and help other members build credibility.

I won an autographed 1971-72 OPC Bobby Hull All-Star and a 1970-71 OPC on April 21st and still haven't received it yet..... Of course this seller also had a ZERO (0) eBay rating, but I figured "sellers have to start somewhere" - we were all at 0 at one point and I was looking forward to getting my cards, and giving this seller their 1st positive feedback but it appears I got ripped off for $10.99 + the shipping unless it's in "shipping purgatory"........
I won't ship anything without a tracking #
Anyway, big mail day tomorrow - I have a bunch of singles on the way as well as a bunch of unopened material, so I'll be busting some boxes tomorrow evening..

Totally agree with above respect and just keep each other informed goes a long way. Had a seller use the covid until they realized i was in the same state as them. The product mailed the next day

I agree feedback is very important. Communication is just as important.. That is the part that bothers me. When one is trying to put a deal together and then the response is slow and then when it does happen and you answer the questions you never hear back. So why ask if you have no intention of doing a deal.

Too bad there isn't a feedback mechanism for all the tire kickers we have to contend with. In my opinion the worst of that lot are the ones that ask about trading for some your cards, you make an offer for some of their traders and they then reply back that they want all your best traders instead of what they originally requested. Slimey, but I still give all of them a second chance and place repeat offenders on my ignore list, in case some of them were wondering why I no longer reply (I don't receive your messages anymore). I have noted that approximately three-quarters of the members who are on my ignore list are no longer active anyway.
