    Small Packet?

Lifted this from the platform formerly known as Twitter. Anyone come across this yet? Is this domestic as well? If so, this is a serious problem.

I've been "getting away with" sending cards to the US for a long time saying it's just paper. Which it is, and as are magazines, calendars, etc.

It's a heck of a species we have here, eh?

If it's standard sized mail, then I really don't care. Most people don't send cards this way. But if it's non-standard and oversized mail (20mm thickness), then that's a problem.

What does Canada post expect me to use parcel services for one card?

I had people at my post office refuse to take pwe from me in the States. One postal lady said she would take my packages but she was the only one. So, I just put drop it off in the mail box if it a pwe. I am sure they are just looking for Dollars $'s.

Does the pwe program exist in Canada for Ebay? If that is the case then how does this apply to that as the cards are technically goods?

That is what I refer to as eBay pwe program created an option for cheap shipping. So, do not know how the post service can contradict that as I am sure eBay and the postal service work together.
