Do you use the Inventory Manager to look for cards in a trade?

I'm trying to decide if it is worth me trying to update the inventory manager here to keep my tradelist current--or just search and post when people ask about specifics for trade. I'm always looking for Jazz cards I don't have but want to make sure I use my time wisely.

I personally don't use the inventory manager, but probably should. I know I have traded with a guy who uses it and I enjoy looking through his cards and working out trades with him.
Always looking for Reggie Miller cards I need.

If a folk has a tradelist in the inventory manager, it can make it easy for me to sort through. As I can sort through them by game-used autos. I can even say I want an autograph game-used combo, and it will show me only those. It is a great tool, but it takes time to get used to.

Ok, it took me the better part of the day but my inventory manager is updated with my for trade cards as much as possible. Let me know if you see anything you like in exchange for Jazz cards I don't have.

    Thanks,
    Dennis

I have it for getting deals done but the problem is it is too difficult to remove mass amounts of cards so if I move 100+ cards I'm not wasting my time removing 100 cards individually. So it is horribly out of date and I don't think I have ever had somebody contact me about a card I still had it was just ones that I had yet to remove. And I don't think I have ever made a deal contacting people about stuff they had in the inventory manager for a deal except for one that I can remember. I always contact people and they still have the cards I just don't have anything they want in return.

BTW do you have a link to your inventory manager inventory? I know you can search for players or cards but I still don't know how to find an individuals inventory easily. Thanks

Here are instructions to search a specific member's inventory in inventory manager:

In the Inventory Manager menu, select Member's Public Inventories
Now in the SCF Card Database section on the left of the screen, select Your Public Inventory
Now in Fast Search on the left of the screen, go to Advanced Search and enter a member ID (for example, Fido) and click the magnifying glass
You are now searching that member's cards.
