    I don't do much.
BGS is just down the road from me, so if I have a nice solid looking card I take it there and pick it up a month later.
That way I bypass the shipping cost. Otherwise I'd never do it.
I check with lights and magnifying glass, but it still is hard to get a decent grade. (9.5)
    I'd guess I do about 4 cards a year.
It's not something I collect or deal, but a gamble just like opening a pack. Someday I hope to get that BGS10 and make some money to buy more cards.

I have mixed feelings. I don't like graded cards, I think they're ruining the hobby. I'd much rather have all cards non-graded on the market, it makes it all so much easy, especially if you're trying to collect all cards of one player. Just my thoughts.

I love it for the fact that if it's a good graded card it sells so easily.

I can see getting rookies graded, would you want to spend big money on say MJ or tiger woods card that was turned out to be a fake.

    I love them.

I don't really see how they can be ruining the hobby.

Its always a very good way to make money if you are the one selling them. :D

I am tryign right now to convert all my traditional cardboard into graded rookies, that would be cool and I always know that they will sell. I can't believe I sold my (2) graded soriano auto rookies. I am still kicking myself for that.
