    Just SOLD the Triple AU Clear Path to History and the Dual AU Emerging Stars...

    And FINALLY picked up a Tulo Rookie Cup AU at the card show....

    Yeah, I'm pretty happy with that one and my other Rockie investment which took a few years to mature - Matt Holliday.

    I have Matt's GU Jersey (AUTO'd) from Spring 2000 (His 1st Official MLB Spring Training with the Rox)... he was # 84. His 2002 Spring jersey (#62) just sold for $850+ on the bay...

    I also have - and this is a MONSTER piece with what other players are now going for - Matt's 2005 Diamond King ONE of ONE - not a card, but the ORIGINAL Artwork (painting) that was used to produce the card and signed by the artist.

    I rematted and framed it and Matt signed the matting for me...

    In fact, I'm attaching a picture of Matt and I holding the piece between us behind Coors Field...

    P.S. - Like I've been telling guys, I'm not JUST a card collector - I am a serious baseball memorabilia collector... wait until I finish getting pics/scans of everything and get it all posted in my bucket... Jerseys, Balls, Bats, Cards, etc...

    I'd like to jump in and say nice collection, Im an HUGE PHILLIES fan, and I'm ticked my big guys couldnt hit worth a lick, but I'll give credit where credit is due, your collection is sick, and the rockies are sick....for a long time to come. Tulo does make Derek Jeter look nervous, what poise for a kid.

    Thanks for the kind words... I don't know if you listen to 'The Herd' with Colin Cowherd on ESPN radio, but I coulda punched that SOB today...

    On and on with the East Coast (and AL) bias about the Yankees and the Red Sox... then he says - and I quote - "NO one cars about the Rockies or the Phillies or the D'Backs. We're just waiting to see which AL team gets to go play the Junior Varsity in the World Series."

    I tried to call in, but couldn't get through... I wanted to remind him that should the Rox continue to Roll (pun intended) not to forget that the Rox BEAT the Red Sox IN Boston 2 games to 1 (and lost that one in 2-1 ballgame) and then turned around and SWEPT the Yankees at Coors Field.

    Good luck to the Phils next year - I hope (if you're like me) that you're now rooting for the Rox to win it all... then you can say your team was beaten by the eventual World Series Champs!!! ;)
