the heritage doesnt have a bv yet but the finest has a bv of $10

id guess the heritage to be in the same range the lowry is 8$ i do have a 07 topps 52 chrome refractor of licecum #d to 552 if you need it bv is 12$

i've got that one already...vlads heritage gu from last year books at 10 also. so far, we're looking at a $8bv for a $10bv. do you have another little something you'd throw in to even things out?

the only guys i can find of the ones on your list short of digging through thousands of cards are the more major names which don't fit into the 2$ range
