I think this is despicable. If this accuser was hit by an average American we wouldn't hear a thing, but because it is Randy Moss their is a lawsuit.

Overall, I'm impressed with Randy Moss and they way he is handling this.

You have to question the truth of these accusations...seeing as how he's Randy Moss, with another super bowl game on the horizon. We've all seen how many celebrities have had this happen. On the other hand, if he DID do something to hurt this person then appropriate action needs to be taken, as that is something nobody should get away with.

My personal view is this is what is wrong with the "entitlement" society we have created. The Duke case is another fine example. There is no accountability for false accusations. Everyone slandered the Duke players based on the testimony of a stripper and zero evidence. Now that we know the Duke players are innocent, why is the stripper not in jail? Because we have one of the worst civil court systems in the world. People sue and sue and sue and if they lose they are out a little cash. If they win they hit the lottery.

This case is likely a Moss girlfriend that was dumped or got into an argument and now she wants $500,000 for "physical and mental injury." are you kidding me? She wants 15 years of a good salary because her finger was injured in a case she can't prove anything in?

A good question was brought up. She was so hurt that she didn't even call the police. If it smells like crap...
