ok, the rules of the site state that every trader who has under 20 positive feedback must send first to a trader with over 20 feedback. Some traders, due to poor trades in the past, or other mistakes made on the site, are labelled as "Must Send First" even if they have over 20 feedbacks.
In the case that both traders are supposed to send first, traders are expected to send at the same time
