it is an 07-08 Upper Deck Sweet Shot Sweet Swatches with Jason Richardson and Raymond Felton patches. SW-RF. it is #'d/25 and each patch has three colors, if i had a picture i would post it, but as my camera is broken, i cant.

No they are not a very high priced set. I thought they might be more due to the dual but they are not.
