Scroll down, choose your type of mouse and your OS (Operating System) and see if you can find the driver you need.

Yep, I tried that. It said
Some products here do not have driver downloads as they use either a driver that is in the list already in Windows (gameport-connected products) or use a driver that Windows installs for you when they are plugged in (USB-connected products).

Do you use your mouse on a mousepad, or do you improvise for your surfaces. It almost sounds like you have laser wires crossed and it screwed up the insides of that mouse.

I usually use a table, book, or something like that.
I've been talking in email to the people, and they said it sounds like there's a hardware fault. (mmmhmm kinda figured that). So they're going to send me RMA info. Not sure what that is?
