    so basically its the same rehashed stuff we see year after year in the dunk contests...nothing special from what I can see....*sigh* I miss the years of fundamental BKB none of this BS now where the dunk is everything

    Don't get me wrong I love fundamentals, my favortie player in the NBA ever was John Stockton!!!! However I love watching high flyers it's exciting! U cannot tell me when Jordan jumped from the FT line you were amazed here is another video of something u might not have seen

    TRUE!!!! plus think about the first video the dude is only 5'9 and has 50 inch vertical and TFB (team flight brothers) has a video/program to help you optimize your jumping ability, which would help you in all sports baseball(outfielders), fball(WR, CB,LB) and of course basketball! possibley soccer! TFB is doin good/big things!
