That's beautiful!...and I was in the same boat (prospectively - she had no job at the time, but she's an xray tech, so it was a given)

Congrats bierman! It will get more and more surreal up until when you're standing at the altar and you look back and she her for the first time....then you don't remember anything for a little while...

    Where's the honeymoon?

Actually the wedding and honeymoon are one and the same. We're doing a destination wedding @ The Four Seasons in Maui. Only immediate family invited.

Scheduled highlights of the week include playing 18 holes on the Wailea GC Gold Course the day before the Wendy's Skins Tournament and also an 8-hour tuna charter. I'm sure there will be a significant amount of drinking, smoking good cigars, and poker as well.

I kinda also want to go to the macadamia fields. They're like crack for me.

Nice! Our honeymoon was on Maui, LOVED it! We stayed in Lahaina, but we traveled all over. Wailea is a beautiful area. I really wanted to play Kapalua, but I can't afford that even on a honeymoon!

If you're into seeing the island and nature and all that, 2 things I recommend. 1) The Road to Hana - absolutely gorgeous drive, beautiful ocean views, lots of waterfalls, black sand beaches, the rock they fly over at the beginning of Jurassic Park...a long drive, but soooooo worth it. 2) Mount Haleakala - you can drive to the top, highest point on the island, beautiful views, and you're looking down into a volcano crater.

But whatever you do, you're going to enjoy it man...have enough fun for all of us stuck back here in the real world!

Nice man, I'll try to check those places out! Speaking of Ka'Palua, we stayed there 2 years ago and I was gonna play it but I couldnt find anyone to play with me. WEAK. So I settled for a souvenir visor.
