Ebay Problem With A Seller! Please Help!

I purchased a card BIN at $250. Shipping was $5.00 and Insurance $4.60.

I was expecting to pay around $260 for the card and when I received the invoice the seller added "Seller discounts or charges:" +US $259.60.

Which is the exact amount of the card + insurance and shipping.

Is this a mistake or is this guy trying to scam me of $260?

That's def. a mistake use contact seller. So, you have a total of $519.20? Is it a new user(how much feedback?) I have a feeling they thought they entered the total there not knowing the total is automatically calculated.
