Must Send First Refresher
I want to remind all of the SCF members that the Must Send First (MSF) Rule and Badge are in place for a reason and everyone should follow it. If you see a MSF Badge or text in a members posting profile it is highly recommend that these members send you their end of the bargain regardless if it is cash, Card Cash, Cards or other items. There is no exception on this! They must send first. If a member has a MSF tag on them they must send first regardless if they have more feedback than you. If you see this badge they must send first.
If you decide to go around this rule and send first or at the same time then you go to the bottom of the priority list for the dispute team. If you have any questions please ask!Last edited by Stl_Cardinals_Fan; 05-18-2008 at 05:02 PM.

One of the better additions to the site imo. Thanks for having those tags Mike.
I just did a deal with a MSF and he wanted me to paypal him the money first, even had a "NO EXCEPTIONS" added onto it. Ummmmm, I don't think so !

If they refuse to send first, report them to staff - that's a warning and/or infraction. Some traders may not realize that it applies to sales, but if you let them know and they still refuse, then feel free to let someone know.

who sends first with someone who has a tag with that and someone that has i must send first on all transactions and that

Two MSF traders would send at the same time unless there is a stipulation as in "no exceptions".

A member with a MSF tag sends first even to a new member.
