I believe this is part of the Rookie Rewind set (I think that's what its called). The piece is blue with two logos on it. One looks like half a shield, the other is square with red and yellow lines running through it. The guys at the card shop seemed to think it came from the neck area on the uniform and maybe was part of the NFL logo.

Racing is what I mainly collect but would consider Cowboys or Yankees for trade bait.
