Yes you do seem to get at least an insert in each pack, and the refractors are frequent. No game used but auto rookies of all types (refractor, red refractor, blue....) are all in there, just tough pulls in blasters. Best chance auto in the blaster is 1:108 packs

There are no GU, but you get a parallel in every pack. The autos in blasters are 1:10,100, lol
