Best cold/flu medicine?
Just need some advice. I've been hit hard by a summer cold/flu/allergies/whatever and I can't find a medicine that works. I started with Tylenol Sinus, that didn't do much. I went to Benadryl, that only worked for an hour or two and knocked me out. Now I'm trying Claratin-D, and so far all it's made me do is have a runny nose but no help with the sinus ache or throat.
What's your favorite medicine to take with these symptoms of the flu/cold?

Crown Royal and a bed!!!
^^ That works for me but if your not of age or a drinker than maybe try Aleve Cold & Sinus, I've used it in the past and it's the only thing that works. Tylenol sells a new product for sore throats, it's almost like a cough syrup but it's only for sore throats that works well. Or you can just go with the trusty ol' Nyquil, a shot of Nyquil and a Tylenol PM and plenty of rest should get ya through!!

I start out with gargling salt water, maybe a cough drop or two and finally lot's of rest. Can't remember though if it's starve a cold and feed the flu or the other way around but hope you get better soon.
