    Ebay experts please look

Well, My mom and I want to try to sell things on ebay to make a little extra cash, she goes to goodwill and other places like that looking for good cheap deals and put them on the bay and we just started our first few items. I want to know if these are ok, or if theres anything you would change let me know, I think our biggest prob is that we only have 10 feedback how bad will that hurt our first few auctions?

    Thanks,

I don't know anything about the items you're selling but the auction page looks good. One thing I liked is you don't have anything negative in your description, like "don't bid if fb under xxxx" or "we WILL file if not paid for in xxx days".

As for having low fb I think your bids will only be affected mildly BUT I believe it pushes you lower in the default (idiotic) "best match" search results.

Good luck to you. Ebay pissed me off so bad (best match search, no customer service, change to fb, HUGE increase in fees, etc etc) that I quit selling anything. Don't know where I'm gonna go but I can't bring myself to list on ebay any more.

They look good. Only thing I would ask, is did you pay extra for the layout/border on the iron listing, and all the extra images? If so, I would suggest signing up at auctiva.com or a similar site. They allow you to add backgrounds and layouts like the one in your first listing, as well *** add extra pictures, all for free. I use it, and it saves a lot of money vs what I would pay to do the same thing through Ebay.

I know the fees are higher then they were a while ago, but on like the iron my mom paid $7 for its retails at $150 the last one on sold for 75ish so we figure we could live witht the fees also the shoes were like 2-5$ish so on this kind of stuff the fees should not be to bad, As a new ebayer I hate those please dont bid if under ### myself so Id never do that.
Thanks for looking and the reply!

Wow, me too. Doesn't even show any completed auctions. Looks like pppanthers auctions got zapped by ebay. :(
