    New Pricing Guide Idea

Is there a way that someone else can do a price guide to compete against Beckett but for a cheaper price. I mean using ebay finalize sales, BIN prices and do like an average price.

We can call it Mike's price guide or Sports Cards Guide or something in that nature.

People I am being serious so please make seriuos suggestions. I don't have the money to do it but maybe a group of people in here does.

If we ever get big enough, I would totally $upport () an SCF pricing magazine. We use eBay, sales/trades made here, and the expertise of the card shop owners here.

I would support it also. With the shop owners as sponsors we can make it happen. Plus we can start with a simple edition with the most important sets and cards and then go from there.

I'm in the process of making something like what you are asking about. I hope to have it completed in one to two months. I'm thinking similar to Beckett but with real time pricing that's updated instantly. I'd love to hear what your thoughts are. Thanks, and if Mike reads this, hi Mike it's been a while since I was here. It's good to be back.

You should check out http://www.collectorscentral.com. It pretty much does what you are asking for and it's completely free.

There is Tuff Stuff Magazine which is a little closer to actual sell values, for the most part. And their magazine is better than Beckett in my opinion.

Great info from everybody. I would start using those guides until Mike makes an SCF one :)
