other than madden, god of war and resident evil are my favorite series of all time. I don't really like Halo (not that I can't see why people dig it so much) and CoD is on Ps3 too. gears of war, i have yet to try, but fp shooters arent really my bag (although i really dig cod on live)

GOW is a 3rd person shooter game. Dude, try it, it is the best game i've played. Maybe you can join my list of "BECKETT MEMBERS I'VE OWNED IN GEARS OF WAR"

my x-box friends are obsessed with cod and halo, so I didn't know it was a 3rdps, i would probably like it.....fps's tend to give me a headache if I play too long....

Gears of War is awesome, when you get an x-box, rent it. Its great, play online though, the campaign is so so, its alright if you play with a friend though. But playing GOW online is 2nd to none. GOW 2 should be out in November, hope some of the girls on here get it and get PWNED ( that means you WILLIAMSON82!)
