i really don't want to offend anybody, but it seems like, lets all jump on the, bash favre bandwagon. but then again, i've been known to be wrong, quite often. :-)

Its not that, but he isnt the only thing in sports right now....I mean the olympics are going on and I see more Favre than Phelps and USA

Not really, Phelps has been getting a boat load of coverage while he's making a run for the 8 medals. The Favre saga has died down, and it's just the media hyping it up.

this thread has definitely been a bit one-sided, but i think that's mostly just random sampling. lord knows there are plenty of fans who will defend favre to the bitter end.... they just haven't replied in this particular favre thread yet.
i don't think he did anything particularly wrong by complaining about fatigue. on the other hand, i don't think he did anything particularly commendable when he was willing to run those penalty laps. it's just the nature of the beast... he gets overpraised *and* overcriticized.

Exactly, Im just wondering if he will be able to finish the season. Someone else stated they are sick of hearing about him.

Yeah I'm not going to argue about favre again. At least all that crap is over. I'd rather hear about phelps than him though. I'm just happy to see people that are on my side.

Lol I think so. Ray Lewis has been the only one to completely survive it.

Favre has complained of arm fatigue every season, since his fourth training camp. It's nothing out of the ordinary, he'll still be dropping bombs like it's nobody's business. As far as him coming out of retirement, I think it's fine. He never really wanted to retire in the first place, but he was forced to come up with a decision too quickly. All the blood, sweat, and tears Favre has put into his career...he more than deserves to act like a diva for a month.
