    Paypal claim

    Hey guys I sold a card for 10.50 dlvrd not much so I sent the card and everything well the buyer jsut opened a claim against me its been 3 1/2 weeks since the end of the auction saying he didnt get the card I know I sent it just but w/o dc and insurance was optional and he declined... so my ? is should i just refund him or what? thanks guys for the help

    sometimes dc even isn't enough. I would refund the money and spare the hassle.

    wait you got receipt from PO

    Doesnt matter. The PO could of lost it and theres nothing they can do with out DC or insurance

    I always ship with DC and I keep the slip and the receipt in a box.

    There are too many shady people out there that will see an opportunity for something free by filing a claim if you didnt put DC or Ins on it.
