no, that isn't the 10 points I was referring to. I will find it and post it.
I have no problem being unashamedly" anything. I think people should be proud of their heritage. However, if you listen to multiple of the pastors sermons, it isn't about pride, it was about the evil white man

I think as a former Clinton supporter it's an insult to our intelligence. It was a political pick plain and simple. I would have been able to support Mccain if he stood up to the Base and went with someone who was more deserving like Ridge, Lieberman or Jeb Bush.
This proves he has no backbone to stand up to the religious right so he had to find the most anti abortion, gun toting WOMEN he could find. To think that people voted for a women is just wrong, they voted because it was Hilary Clinton not any old women.

I think a lot of people will be suprised how many women were voting for clinton because she was a woman. By no means was it a majority but I have spoken to numerous women who just want to see a woman in high office. I am not saying it will win McCain the election but IMO it was good strategy.

It took away the experience argument which was the only one he really had, he stopped being a "Maverick" years ago and people are getting tired of him playing the POW card and if he plays it to much they might start telling both sides of the story since there are a few vets speaking out against his service..
I always find it amusing when people vote for religion, color, gender, political party over their own interests. I'm Pro Choice but have voted for republicans who didn't share my view in National and logal goverment. I'm probably in the minority but I don't think people died for us to just throw our vote to someone based on their looks/gender and not doing any research .. Then again like 30 percent of people still think Iraq was involved in 9/11 (because of Bush/Cheney linking them) and 15 percent still believe Obama is Muslim (thanks to fox news saying he is)..
I'm not against her just think it shows weakness on Mccain part.

You are a guy. The vast majority of female Clinton supporters voted for her because she is a woman. The same reason the vast majority of black men/women voted for Barrack Obama; because he is black.
I do find it funny that it is ok for Democrat women to vote for Hillary because she is a women, yet have McCain pick a women and it is insulting!
Do Democrats hold a monopoly on "firsts?". No. Last I looked Abe Lincoln was a Republican and Republicans are the first to have an African American on the Supreme Court, Secretary of State and National Security Adviser. Having a woman as VP was inevitable in the Republican party.

I want to see that as well. From what ive seen of both Palin wil destroy him.
I want to see an Obama vs Palin debate. She would destroy him as well.
Obama is a great speaker and all, but Palin would beat him in a debate

Yeah, that's exactly how I see it happening...if I was a Republican. No matter what happens, she will have destroyed both...even if she didn't speak!

Naive people might be surprised, but I am not. As a reserved, introverted person who doesn't fit the female stereotype, I can assure you that many of "my kind" vote based on gender reasons alone and do not consider other factors in their voting, unfortunately. That is why I dissociate with most of them.

A majority is more than 50%, but I'm not sure what percentage a vast majority is...where are you getting your stats that show a vast majority of black people are voting for Barack because he's black? And where is the poll that shows a vast majority of women voted for Hillary because she's a woman?
