Our original shop was half cards and half collectibles then the collectible guy bought the other out and got rid of the cards. He went out of business eventually and someone new came in and put a card shop there.

its sad thinking back to the 90s when there was card shops EVERYWHERE it seemed and now they are a dying breed

Damn, that sucks. There used to be 2 card shops here, but 1 went out of business, and the other one went from selling sports cards to Pokemon cards

He sells on Ebay too. Only reason I found out is I somehow lucked out and won an auction from him without even knowing it was him. When he saw my address he told me I should visit his shop right down the street. Funny thing was I won the card for $20 and he wanted $50 for it at his shop. I made sure I brought it in next time and asked him if it looked familiar.
