What to do with Pacers?
I find it hard to watch the Pacers this year even though I am a big fan of the team. It seems like no ones heart is in it this year. I see a few blimps of the great team of the past, but very few. What do they need to do?

The Pacers need to trade Jermaine O'Neal and his huge contract for some expiring contracts, young players, or draft picks. Tinsley and Murphy have to go to, Tinsley for off court issues and Murphy also has a huge contract. They need to start from scratch and rebuild around Granger and Dunleavy.

Trading Jermaine and Tinsley would be a start. Get some draft picks and start rebuilding.

Do what the Wolves did - get rid of bloated contracts (Marko Jaric, Antoine Walker) for someone who can actually shoot (Mike Miller).
