Well, this is the response from the seller. I am still not convinced.
it's part of the donruss leaf rookie collection... i have the information listed in the basic summary... 2006 DONRUSS LEAF ROOKIES & STARS "LONGEVITY".... it's also tough to find any 1/1 in beckett's due to their scarcity...

Well, you can't even look in the beckett to see if the card even exists because Leaf Rookies and Stars isn't listed, at least in the all sport version. That being said, its possible that the card is a real 1/1, but I don't think the patch is real. Reason is that DLP for years now has indicated on the card if the patch is an NFL logo. The only exception has been in Leaf Certified, but the NFL logos are mirror blacks and die cut to the logo, so its obvious.

i cant give a 100% proof argument, but that really looks fake to me, it looks like the ruby hagan with stamping and a fake logo. I just really dont think there were 1/1's like that in 2006 longevity

The standard Longevity Ruby is #ed/499. It is possible that the scan of the back is not the same card. Guess I will just watch the auction to see if any of the usual Hagan collectors go after it.

The card is a 1/1 but it is very unlikely that the patch is legit. Almost all of the NFL logo cards will be indicated with "logo" or "NFL logo" on the card. It is most likely that the original jersey was removed and replaced with the NFL logo to increase the value of the card. I would avoid this card unless you don't care if it has been doctored.

i don't believe there are enough "threads" in the NFL letters to be legit. look at known true 1/1's (i.e. ultimate 1/1, exquisite, mirror blacks) and you will see a quality difference in the logo.
