Ok I need to vent...
So in the last 3 weeks I have sent out a few packages of freebies to some folks on here. Nothing really high end, but none the less, still nice cards. A few of them cards were that I had posted in breaks and got PM's asking what I wanted for them and I said just an address to send them to and they are yours.
So, out of the 6 things I have sent, SIX of them I had to email the persons I sent to to see if they got the package. I'm not expecting them to post some big thank you in the forums but come on, a simple PM saying they got it and thank you would be nice right?
Am I expecting to much here?!!
End rant.

You are not asking for too much at all. A simple "Thanks again, I just got in the mail today" doesn't take too much to say.

Very unfortunate but not surprising. Their mothers probably never made them write thank you notes for birthday or Christmas presents either...

Thanx guys. I didn't want to come of as being to picky but glad someone else sees it the way Ido.
Either way, I'll still send things out. I'm not looking to look like a good guy to everyone, just trying to make it a better hobby.

Its not surprising that quite a few people lack the common courtesy to give a simple thank you to someone these days. I've made a few sales on the sell/trade section and had to track people down to make sure they got the item. Not that it was a freebie, but take 2 seconds to drop a line to let someone know you got it and are satisfied, or if freebie, to say thanks.
The buy/sell section is the same way, people ask about prices or are interested in items, but then never return PM's

I SHOULD send you something nice!!
Actually, I haven't forgotten about the one I owe you. I have someone who has something for your set that promised to hook me up, but we haven't had a chance to get together this month. With ANY luck I'll be seeing him Sat or Sun though!!
